How to play: 1. Select a Singaporean Personality 2. On each turn, draw 2 action cards and play up to 3 actions 3. Buy or gain Dreams, or sabo other players by stealing their Dreams or Cash 4. Keep going until all Dream Cards run out, the player with the most number of Dreams wins!
